I have OEGB and they are wonderful. I also have three young nephews and the OEGB's are great with them. I don't have much experience with dutch, but I have had OEG's for about four or five years and I love them.
I have both and some of dutch are real tame and I also have flighty ones same with the OE. The OE roosters can be little bossy buggers. Had a crele rooster that took on any rooster 4 times his size and he always won.
I have true Dutch that I hatched from eggs and they are very sweet and easy to handle and catch. One hen in particular loves to fly up on my shoulder and ride around while I do coop chores. She loves to be carried around and chatters the whole time. I handled these chicks as much as I do any of my birds and my Dutch are the tamest, no doubt. They are very pretty, curious little birds with wonderful little antics. I have no experience with the OEG's, but I love my Dutch.

I been raiseing oegb for 7 years now and the same holds true for them some are just sweet hearts while some will be real buggers.
I prefer the oegb and it's just a personal preference has nothing to do with temperment.
This is our BTB Dutch Little Man and my DS giving him a peck. We also have two Porcelain Dutch girlys. We love Dutches they are soo sweet and full of character.
