Thank you, what product would you recommend for worming?Corid is very safe, so you can treat all chicks. If you have this chick separated, I would treat just it. How are you keeping you chicks? I would not use fermented feed on baby chicks. That is just my opinion though. I used FF for most of a year, and I feel like it isn’t necessary or if it really makes a difference in their health. My yard was a mess from it, they wasted it, and it became a pain to use in freezing weather. In hot weather I worried about mold. For baby chicks, they need to learn how to eat chicken crumbles and to forage. Coccidiosis is very common from 3-9 weeks old, and it can be a chronic and ongoing infection in some chicks preventing them from gaining weight. Worming might also be something that you would want to do.
I have them all in our spare room. We're getting the outdoor coop in order right now. It's still 30-40s at night here.
