Dying Chick?PLEASE HELP

Name: Ruby
Age: 9 weeks
Food: Free Range
Behevioir: Laying down with eyes closed and occasionally jerks like she's trying to throw up . Sometimes(very rarely) perks up to eat a little(I have her in a carrier with some chicken food)
Appearance/Crop: Lower eyelids are slightly bloody on the outside, kind of puffed up and mostly limp, something small and a little bit squishy in crop

I occasionally give them handfuls of chicken feed and I frequently feed safe kitchen scraps both of wich she ate before this(I didnt think this would be important since her main diet is "free ranging" bugs,grasses ect)............my mom said I should just try Diatomaceous earth for a little bit.........I can't get any Corid for a few days anyway.........the parasite won't kill her overnight??? Or will it??

You mention that her lower eyelids are slightly bloody on the outside, can you post a photo of that?

I agree with the others, I would treat for Coccidiosis asap.
The crop being squishy - recheck that first thing in the morning before she eats/drinks. Post some photos of the poop from overnight as well.

You give handfuls of chicken feed occasionally, why type of chicken feed, is it chick starter? Do your chicks have access to grit?

Ruby is doing MUCH better . I gave her Diatomaceous earth mixed with water last night and today she is her perky self(only a tiny bit lethargic) and she passed a normal poop . I can't take pictures right now because I am going on an errand . Yes, it is chick starter I already gave her water I wish I had seen this message before!!!
