Dying duckling? HELP!!!! Please

I have a 14 hour old duckling who still isnt showing any signs of wanting to move?, he hatched on day 28 of incubation and since hatching it has just lay under the mother hen still with its eyes closed and only showes signs of life if i pickit up. Is he dying?? Can i save him??

Are there any other ducklings? It should be up and moving around soon. Do you have food and water close by so when it's ready it can drink and eat?

You could try giving a little vitamin electrolyte water just tiny drops right into the bill.
But at 14hrs old it may not be interested yet. They live off the yolk sac for a couple days once hatched.
