Is he able to move on his own? You may have to tube feed him, and for that you’ll need instructions from someone more knowledgeable than myself. It’s a last resort, avoid it if you can

I’m not sure what you mean by his neck is dangling? It’s weak or it’s torn?

His neck was dangling like he was dead but still alive. He's making vast improvements as he's now wobbling and squeaking. He's falling over but he's trying! Which is huge compared to the almost lifeless body I had found this morning! He did drink some water and move his head to and from it a little bit ago. I'm concerned about his poop as shortly after drinking his poop was mainly water with a dash of color. Almost like baby spit up.

Watery pooh is normal when their main intake is water. You might try mixing water with feed, making a mash.
