I noticed her feet feel kinda warm and she has blisters on them. I assume to leave her feet alone to not pop the blisters? They are on both feet, between the toes. She had some minor swelling feet yesterday too.

She don't have coccidiosis, Enola was right, older chickens dont let younger chickens eat. When they have coccidiosis they don't want to eat!. And her crop won't fill because all the feed get stock in her throat by eating so fast, especially crumbles. Give her pedialyte to hydrate her. Put all small birds her age separate from older untill 5 months. Give her the pedialyte with a syringe. 10 ml. Every 5 hrs.

Oh no, so there's a chance that her brother starved?! I feel terrible if he did :hit

Are you in a cold climate? I wonder if it was a touch of frostbite.

About her feet is probably some kind of insect. Put some neosporin. And make sure there's no insects where she sleeps.

It was in the negatives for the past few weeks, it's in the 30Fs right now

WOW that's super cold. We're in the 80's right know tomorrow will be cold high 40's. Anyways there you have your problem. Chickens need more fat to burn in cold weather so, if your pullets are not eating and drinking well plus extremely cold weather that will transform them into walking bones and die.
