That doesn't look bad

my dog looks like that after he goes swimming. A minor ear infection

this stuff works wonders and one bottle lasts us a whole summer after every swi

it was alot worse, there was red and black buildup, I've been cleaning it for a bit though.

Looks like she might have scratched and irritated it.
Does it stink?

no it does not stink, shes been itching since it started but before that she wasn't, its deeper in her ear because I've cleaned as far as I can get.

Could i find the ear supply at any other stores? Maybe tractor supply?

There are a lot of causes of ear irritation/infections.

A vet can look at material with a microscope to determine root cause. Root cause determines treatment.

I know you don't want to hear "vet" but that really is best.

Dogs that shake their heads a lot can rupture a vessel in the ear causing a hematoma. Those require surgery. That is way more money than a vet check for possible infection.
