a late maturing Roo?

Big Birds cousin here just started growing a comb and wattles about 2 weeks ago, but her wattles have been more pink than her sister for weeks before that. They are 10 weeks old. The other BO that I have is still pretty yellow. I dont see any shiny hackle or saddle feathers

That is a girl...
By that age the comb would be red/pink...and hers is not!
