“nightly cuddles” have become a thing and they get them pretty much every night, or else they will not settle down and go to sleep easily. spoiled little babies<3

i honestly had my suspicions from the start! he’s probably the sweetest lil baby that i’ve had yet (that’s not saying much, i only have five and it’s my first year raising them) then again, i’ve heard lots of good stuff abt silkie temperaments anyways

really good also! hard to get good pictures of him/her, a lot more wiggly and never wants to stop and pose for the camera unlike the other one haha

it is? ): i was hoping that was a pullet, i can only keep one roo. but they will be 5 weeks this Wednesday coming i believe. parents were a splash silkie rooster and the hen is white frizzled cochin. so i’m pretty sure that means they have the frizzle gene? which is really cool

That's a whole lotta comb for a 5 week old Silkie. I'm afraid both are male.

i understand what you mean- how long can you keep two roosters together? i know that at a certain point they will fight but i’m not sure when
