Early Surprise!!!

Checked my incubator this morning at 3:00 am,before I left for work,and to my surprise I found a pipped egg.By 11:00 am I called my wife and we had a hatched chick and another pipped egg.It hatched just before I got home this evening.
The last one that hatched still hasn't completely absorbed the sack (???) yet; but is walking around cheeping like crazy.
They are nice and warm in the brooder box now so they are quiet.Every now and then I hear them peeping.

They are Americanas. I am also hatching cross bred chicks. Barred Plymouth Rock/ Black Sex Link.
I also have some Silver Spangled Hamburgs.
