Earthquake

Here in the Piedmont of NC too!
I thought my air conditioning unit was
about to blow, we've been having problems with
it. Called my husband and work and told him
we had a problem, either that or we just had an
earthquake...he responded "We did"
CRAZY. Can't imagine you folks in CA contending
with that! SCARY!

I felt it, but then I spent 14 years in California (before escaping to Pittsburgh). It is listed as 5.9 magnitude, in Virginia.

we are in central ny and didnt feel a thing lol. my sister felt it oneonta though. must not have been much of an aftershock like the one we felt over ten years ago that rattled the entire trailer we had. my husbands two cousins in virginia said things are good where they are and will keep up updated

Im not scared LOL...but it sure spooked me waking up like that! In all honesty, I thought one of teh turkeys had jumped up on the back of my chair!

Felt it here in Huntington, WV. At first didn't have a clue, just kind of thought it was my imagination.
