East Fishkill NY - 10 Hens 2 Roosters

I’m posting this here because I was misinformed by my town officials before getting my chickens, and recently have been dealing with my next door neighbor complaining (litterally) going to town hall every single day and complaining that I’m breaking the ordinance ect. I have to find a home for them (locally) ASAP !

They are my life these birds and I love them with all my heart List of breeds:
2 Sapphire Gems (Sapphire & Stormy)
2 Cinnamon Queens/Isa Brown (Rusty & Rosie)
2 Americana/EasterEgger (Violet & Cookie)
1 Buff Silkie rooster
1 Buff Silkie Hen
1 Bantam GLW
1 white leghorn
1 Cornish Cross Rooster (weight managed) not for food! He was mixed in with the leghorns & I got him by mistake & decided to do everything I could to keep him healthy. He’s doing great he’s a sweetheart

Hi Stephanie, Im moving to Hopewell junction Which I believe falls under east fishkill laws soon on a 1.3 acre plot, was is the law if you Dont mind sharing? I see info on town of fishkill laws but having trouble with east fishkill. Thanks!
