I know this is technically for chickens, but I figured I might as well reach out and see if anyone knew of some reputable turkey breeders.

I have Blue Slate heritage breed turkeys and am looking for a tom. Our favorite (and only) tom got out and unfortunately got got by something. Our hens are getting ready to really ramp up egg production here soon.

Not sure if anyone answered but in Shepherd, TX there is a family-run small hatchery that has a huge selection of chicks, ducks, and several turkey breeds. Meyer Poultry Farm (not to be confused with the large mail-ordered website).

Buy ~ Sell ~ Trade forums not in the Where am I? Where are you! forum.​

The rule is due to legal liabilities and is not arbitrary.

I sure was glad to find someone in the Wisconsin chat lives within a few miles when they asked about bulk seed corn. I suppose someone would have reported that too. Or the person who asked me if I had any silkies for sale. We took that convo to messages.
