I think pure white is unusual for an EE but white-ish like I have (have had) isn't. This would be due to the selection required to yield consistently white birds while EE coloring is mostly left to chance at a hatchery.

Those are listed as a "designer cross breed". They didn't specify if they're F1 or not. They may simply be putting EE hens with a white Leghorn. And $27/each for pullets?!
