Blessed with our first colored egg on Thanksgiving. 'Blue', our EE (originally purchased as an Ameraucana), is 5 1/2 months, we weren't expecting her to lay this early!

My EE laid her first egg today at 8 months old, long wait, but she gave this gorgeous olive egg.

Here are my latest EE's.

Pullet. What I call Wheaten Duckwing Splash.

Cockerel. Blue Salmon.

Pullet. Blue Mahogany Duckwing.

Golden Duckwing cockerel. The only one that turned out non bearded.

They are 8 weeks on on Thanksgiving day.
These are a cross from a Naked Neck rooster from three Easter Egger hens.
