Easter Egger club!

Yeah if I can get eggs now none of those eggs were fertile. Our drake must not be doing his job if you know what I mean

My Easter Eggers! Named from Once Upon a Time characters. I am very excited today to have found Regina's first egg! The first egg I have personally gathered in 20 years

Regina, Snow, and Blue are the older Hens, and Belle and Rumpelstiltskin are the younger pullet and the roo that was hatched with her.
Can anyone here tell me when an EE roo may be fertile and start mating? At this point, he's still at the bottom of the pecking order with his sister at about 13 weeks

Beautiful birds! I know nothing about Roos though so can't chime in about that. I would assume it is like when hens start laying is maybe when roos start mating anywhere from 18-30+ weeks. But, like I said, I know nothing about roos so I should just keep my mouth shut... but it is so hard! Ignore me! lol

My roos have all be fertile around 4 -5 months. However, it takes a bit longer than that to become skilled with the ladies. He might be 6 months or more before the older hens will allow him to mate with them.

Can this be an EE? Supposedly it's an "Ameraucana" pullet from Ideal. I know their Ameraucanas are really EEs but this one looks like a white leghorn to me! Here is another from same shipment of a similar color. Leg color is different, size, and wing feathering is different. Thoughts?

Just thought I'd share an 18 week old pic of my first two EE pullets. This pair likes to roost on anything and everything. Can't wait to see their eggs.
