Easter Egger club!

ok, we are in FL but plan on moving to TN and getting a place with some land. We're headed to eastern TN. I just don't know much about it.
its absolutely beautiful! We moved a year ago and I don't even want to go north to visit! Lol we have 15 acres with 2 ponds that have streams and a small waterfall you just don't get that in Michigan!! What part of eastern tn are you moving to?

Just went back and saw where lol all of those areas are just as beautiful! The people down here are great if your in your yard working people drive by and wave whether you know them or not. If you walk into a gas station they not only welcome you but take a few minutes to sincerely ask how you're doing today! We have 2 little ones 7 and 3 I'm homeschooling the 7 year old because the school here in Ethridge claims to be top notch education and to have a no student left behind program neither of which weve seen yet! Lol

we were just looking at getting 2240 acres so I can have my chickens and my husband can start hunting but now we have to think about the kids and their schooling too. By the time we get ready to move mine will be 10 and 7. I haven't read too many good reviews on any of the schools except Merryville so that's where the problem lies. Just not enough land around there however I told my husband let's find a place if the schools are bad we will homeschool. Florida is nice but the heat is just too much so we've got to get out of here

W wanted a farm and actually wanted something w more property also but w more property comes higher taxes and much more expensive equipment for upkeep so we are starting small and would love to one day own a huge piece like that but you're right there's not huge pieces like that here that either aren't already farms or would need to be cleared ( tons more money) and unfortunately on the 15 acres we do have there's not even a single money tree!

we continue to search! Homeschooling has made a huge difference in our 7 year old and allows more time on the farm for us both! We incorporate it into schooling so and so had 6 eggs in her nest yesterday now how many are there and how many were added and so on! Was the best decision we have ever made for our family and wish you and yours the same happiness and success!

THE MYSTERY CHICK can I get any hints on her/him? all together
I had a chick like this 2 yrs ago. He grew into a yellow and grey rooster, not saying your is male! It just didn't look like the typical EE chipmunk chick. As it grew it did! Just wait and see! They change so much as they grow.

Our friend homeschooled all 5 of their children over a span of ages within 20 years -- so there were times when some were too young to homeschool. They belonged to a homeschool academy where the mothers exchanged classrooms and the kids got socialized at the same time with other homeschoolers and had farm outings, beach tidepool trips, etc, but on a much smaller intimate scale of students. Most were taking local college classes by age 15. Homeschool will have better learning skills and at a pace that doesn't hold them back like slow public school classes.

Gender? These are all 3/2 EE chicks. I am sure some of the Photos I snapped quickly are not enough, but I appreciate you trying. @mymilliefleurHere are the others I could not get loaded. @junebuggenaYou were so right about my white OE. Any guesses on these? Thanks

The ones I just posted were all identical except for how puffy there faces were for almost two weeks, and now they are all different. Three others not pictured.
