Easter Egger club!

I haven't chosen names for my easter egger but here's her and her SLW "siblings"

Yep, I'm sure. Too much comb development, too pink, and too much deep, rusty red on the shoulders/wings.
It's a good thing he was free I guess because if it's a cockerel we may

Do you add electrolytes to their water as well? That helps them trough the high temps too. I freeze bottles of water that I set in my coop first them to set near, turn on a fan in side my coops, freeze fruit and give them (scrap fruit mostly) and I water down my runs in the shaded parts of it. They will go stand or sit in the mud to cool off as the water evaporates.
No electrolytes, I'll have to pick some up when I get the hardware cloth. I have been adding blocks of ice to their waterer twice a day to keep it cool. Fortunately there have been no more casualties.

Maybe I could throw some Powerade in their water??

I got three beautiful pullets from chickensforbackyards.com All are sweet, thriving, and the most beautiful birds I've ever had. Plus they have small minimum orders. Here are mine at almost 3 weeks :)
