The little white guy in the back is actually an Old English Bantam
he was a freebie when we purchased the others...

The guy in the front definitely look like a guy too, although I've not a clue on
what mix that could be, it does have Just a little feathering on legs and feet.
but that's my youngest girls pick out of about 150 in a pen...LOL it really wasn't
an attractive thing when we brought it home, here's a couple photos timeline

first day was supposed to be maybe a couple days old (I'm guessing almost a week

then the recent photo above, after they had moved to the farm in the baby coop/run.

Is there such a thing as a Bantam Speckled Sussex??

Because that what she looks like to me. Her feet are the same color and she's got the same coloring as the other Speckled Sussex's.

Oh, another thing, because she's so small, they are all picking on her - as in pulling her feathers out. I saw them doing it today. It seems to have just started. Should I pull her out and put her back in their old box for the time being?

I'd keep her separated. I'd also try giving her extra vitamins and food.
Giving her BOB might help too.

The white/black one is a cockerel and the brown one also is a cockerel . The one next to the wire not sure but could be a pullet . The white/black one has the Columbian pattern . Think light Brahma . That could explain the feathered legs . He also carries gold . Did we guess on these earlier ? If so are we consistent ?

Here are some pictures of the auto sexing project . The chicks show 3 cockerels in a row 2 dark pullets and 2 based on buff or wheaten . The buff chicks are hard to sex so I will select away from that and make a cuckoo black tailed buff line from them . Picture of a dark hen and pullet and 2 cuckoo wheaten pullets . Plus a cockerel picture. I have a trio of Crested Cream Legbars now . I may get to hatch some from the hen and pullet that are laying . I have the pullets with the CCL .

Wow, you have beautiful stunning birds!!. You seem to know a lot about EE colors, so I'm gonna ask you a question (if anyone else wants to answer feel free xD). So, is there any set colors for EE's? Like Blue, buff, and red? Or is it just like random colors and patterns?

You can breed for certain colors but most do not . I have enough experience and like to tinker with genetics . Since EE are not a recognized breed anything goes .

My rescue EE "rainbow" went broody today! She only has 1 egg under her as of now. We will see if she lay a couple more or not. (Do they lay after they've gone broody?) she is with a standard white crested red polish rooster. Should be interesting to see what the chicks turn out to be....

WHO HOO! I am soooo excited to join the EE club! Anyway here is my girl A.J. (on my shoulder)

She is so nice and friendly, has not started laying yet but i am hoping for some blue eggs!

I don't know a ton about broodies, but both of mine laid about 2 more eggs after they started showing signs of going broody.
