Easter Egger club!

Planets, galaxies, flowers, candy... I never had named my birds by any theme, but I may be starting. My black hen I named Glinda, along with the commitment to in the future name any black bird after either a devil, demon, witch or wizard.

Not sure yet if Dieter (Didi) Senft will be among the choices.

We used to name our cats with a musical theme: Coda, Lyric, Trill, Octavia, Glissando, Tempo, Count Basie, Amadeus, Jazz, Zydeco, Dolby, so on. My farm and security dogs were big mutts, mostly Rottweiler, Great Dane, Collie, Standard Poodle and Giant Schnauzer mixes. We named those: Ruger, Remington (Remy), Uzi, Sig Sauer (Siggy), Waltham (Walt), Colt, Raven, HK, Bolt, Bullet, Dub-Aught, etc. Having a theme made naming new additions even more fun. Sometimes you have to really think to come up with a good name that fits, is original and easy to say.
