It Will be worth the wait!!Sharing my girls tomorrow. I have 15 (soon to be 20) girls and two are EE and one is an OE. I'm very excited for winter (they are/ were mid-spring- mid-summer babies). I hate winter, but I'm hoping pretty eggs will make that better!
So cute! This one is one of our mid-may babies and has no name (until old enough to properly sex)

The best way to tell is by the color of the egg. Blue or green eggs and it doesn't meet the breed standard for Ameraucana or Araucana = EE. There are some common traits to look for if they were hatchery bred.I got two that are suppose to be EE hens. I got them when they were 7 weeks old and are now 16 weeks. I am now discovering that one is a roo. Anyway, how do I tell the hen is a EE one? Hope it's easier to tell than the sex, lol.
