I just bought 6 Easter Eggers and they are darling little gems ! I not named them yet because I need little time with them first to decide on names ! These are my first EE's and I'm so excited to be a new mom ! I feel in love with the dark one at top of group of huddled chicks ! This little girl seems to be off from group a lot and doing her own thing !

I just got my six little Easter Eggers and they are the cutest things EVER. I had ordered 3 peafowl chicks from Crackle Hatchery and they includes chicks in the shipments. I had no idea what they were. Me and Hubby had fun figuring it out. I was so surprised at how friendly these littles ones are. When I go up to the broader, put my hand in, they come running. They are fairly patient with me holding them. They were born on the 24th. Pictures will follow.
Oh, I saw a you tube video regarding the color changes that can occur before they become young adults. Wonder if this is true.

I posted a little while back, and here is one of my chicks, a bit older now still need probably about another month or two before eggs. Although she is beginning to squat a little.
