Easter egger gender?

Hello,
I have a 9 week old E.E. and was leaning towards it being a pullet but now it has some red coming through on the comb and waddles, barely any tail and thick green feet. I am new to chickens....What does everyone think?

I'm thinking maybe cockerel based on the red I see in the shoulders.

I don't trust salmon breasts on EEs as a 100% gender determination.

The comb is awfully small to be a cockerel.
