I would like to rehome at least part of my flock. These are free range in the backyard hens that I have raised from chicks. There are 6 hens
I am debating keeping two of them for bug control but may consider rehoming all.
They have all been very healthy. One of the hens has gone broody a couple of times and twice raised chicks that were purchased and placed under her. They are fairly tame but not "pick up and hug" type tame.
They are currently laying pretty well, some days I get 6 eggs. They are several years old, I could figure out if needed. Some of them were raised by the previously mentioned hen.
I am located near Glendale Community College.
