I have 3 “Easter eggers” that are now clearly part legbar with the big funky crests. Wasn’t expecting that when I ordered Easter egger pullets! They are now 11 weeks old, and I’m still on the fence if they are in fact pullets. I’d appreciate any insight into the sex and also if anyone has had easter eggers like this. Was legbar used instead of Americauna for the blue egg gene? Or a mix of both Americauna and legbar?
I’m worried about the grey/brown one because of the pink comb/wattles. But the light colored ones also getting pink wattles. It’s hard to know cause they are mutts so you can’t really compare them together
