Easter Egger Not Laying and Stressed - Steps To Take?

Anabelle arrived Oct 31st...special treatment started three weeks ago....now today, December 9th - first blue green egg! Large and beautiful.

Anabelle arrived one year ago, in poor shape due to molting/stress. She's now 2 years old. In the year we've had her, she's grown quite comfortable with the flock and we have hatched two of her chicks. Her daughter started laying a few weeks ago. Anyway, Anabelle is repeating the molting process, which seems to be an annual October event for her. She's so raggedy looking that I can't remember how her feathers look normally. I know that she will eventually be back to normal!
