Easter Egger or Ameraucana?

Okay, so I'm thinking about getting more colored egg layers and I found this lady who has some. These do lay blue eggs but are they EE or Ameraucana? I know the first and last aren't probably Ameraucana because they come in solid colors. But what about the second picture?

My guess is that if ones an EE they're all EE, but the middle picture could be a true ameraucana. We'd have to see a better picture of it, though, probably a good view of the comb and the legs.

There are also EE that technically meet the ameraucana breed standard, though, but don't always breed true. So we can give you an idea if we had better photos but can't make guarantees.
