Here is our EE "Lady Hawk". Such a sweet chicken. Loves to sit on your lap (or should or head) if you sit down outside she(?) comes running looking to jump up on your lap. I keep going back and forth on if she is indeed a she. My fiancé is comfortble she is a SHE but in the past week or so her feathers and colors make me paranoid she might be a HE.

Lady Hawk will be 12 weeks tomorrow June 19th.

No Cock-a-doodles from anyone in our little flock of 4. Yet. let's keep it that way.

Thank you for any input!

I have been trying to convince myself that we have a pullet, then I took this picture, and when I did I was thinking "oh crap..." If I was going off this picture alone I might have to guess cockerel.

Her feathers are not pointed before her tail. She's pretty! I would call her an Ameraucana though; sounds more purebred. She wouldn't be a recognized color though. LOL

100% that's a pullet. Mine is literally identical, this picture isn't the greatest since I took it with my phone of my cameras display but it works. She looks a lot more golden through the body than she really is, her gold fades into the blue/grey where yours does. Funny, this one turned 12 weeks old yesterday which is when I took this picture too.

x2. All the research I did when I got my 4 straight run EE chicks stated that "boys" canNOT be this color. (I ended up with 2 pullets, 2 cockerels)
