Easter Egger Roo?

My young bird (Easter Egger?) is about 3 months old. It took me a couple of weeks to verify which one was crowing and I believe it is this one pictured. The comb is much redder than the other 5 that came from the same group. As such, is this one a roo or is it a rather loud hen?
