We are thinking she's a he. One of our first 8 chickens. Thoughts? He/she is about 3weeks

Thanks for the responses I'll get a better pic soon. His/her stance and straight up tail feathers are what made me ask. Also really long neck feathers coming in

Differences in feather structure won't start to show for several more weeks - at this point you are looking at color/pattern for certain characteristically cockerel or pullet patterns and, more reliably, the comb. If you can get a nice, clear shot of the comb that will help - for pea combed Easter Eggers you are looking for the number of rows. Three distinct rows = cockerel, 1 = pullet. Even though the comb is still small at this age, the rows can be seen.
