Easter Egger Sexing "tips and tricks" *Pictures Included*

I heard the tiniest little crow out of my EE roo yesterday. I was so excited, so it got me thinking..
My EE pullet is due to start laying fairly soon if he is starting to crow, yes? I guess my concern is, when? It got below freezing here last night, I keep hearing the cold makes laying start real late in pullets. A recent picture of her can be aquired if need be.

How old are your EE's?

This one is weird...non bearded and looking like a male...or could this be a mix of some sort. I bought them today , hatched 6/14/12 I was told females...but what you think? The white looks like a roo to me...what about 2 other chickens...coloring on the black has lots of splashes..I hope at least that 2 of them are girls.

I have taken more pictures...I am panicking mow

I agree, they all look like roos to me. The feathering on the neck really gives it away. But the combs are well developed too. So sorry!

Any guesses on this chick, my favourite?

3 weeks old, I know it's early but I'm dying to know!

It's the tamest of all 29, the most beautiful colouring, and I'll be heartbroken if I have to give it away

Too early to tell hun, maybe in 2 weeks. Thats when the comb will start to pink up if it a boy. Although that type of sexing is not foolproof. I have 22 EE's right now and know I have 4 roos for sure and they are 5 weeks old Monday.

I have 4 girls that I have had since 1 day old....got my first egg today at 24 weeks 3 days!!!!! It is SOOOOOO blue! I was flailing around the yard like a crazy woman! I hope they are all this pretty!

Wow! I would be excited too if I got a BLUE egg like that!!! Congrats!
