Easter egger supposedly pullet??

Everyone on here has been so helpful so far. I was wondering if this easter egger who I named gypsy might be a rooster? Its comb is very bright. It's the only one I have at this age so nothing to compare it with. Thanks in advance!

Is it because of the brightness or the tiny curl in tail feather?

Comb color along with all that red in the wings/shoulders.

The comb being so bright, he is starting to get saddle feathers that have a sickle shape, big thick legs, but like has been said those red shoulders are always male.
