Easter Egger vs. Ameraucana laying abilities

Well one of my easter eggers has finally started laying. She took longer to start than the others but when she did her eggs were almost as big as the more mature girls. She almost lays every day now. I suspect she'll be giving us jumbo mint green eggs nearly every day when she's fully mature. One of my misconceptions prior to owning chickens was size of chicken vs egg size. Easter eggers are light weight birds compared to say my Barred rock, but the egg size doesn't seem to be affect by this. They'd be terrible meat birds.... but as layers they're great.

One of my hatchery EE's lays about 12 eggs a year, if that.

One of my half hatchery EE, half polish girls lays about 4 eggs a week.

My true Ameraucanas give me about 5 eggs a week.

My true Araucanas give me about 6 eggs a week, most of the time it is a nice 7 though.

The rest of my EE's (non hatchery made) are too young to judge, but it doesn't matter anyway, as they're my own recipe.
