Wing feather sexing works only in specific pure breed chickens and then only if the breeder has continued to breed for that trait.

Unknown. Cochin hens are slow feathering, so that half fits. Since EEs aren't a breed, one can't be sure the male is fast feathering. No one can be certain they are feather sexable, but they are probably not.
