If you breed Easter Eggers Amerucana to Easter Eggers will the offspring still be Easter Eggers and lay Blue eggs?

If both male and female are blue layers you will get an Easter Egger that lays blue eggs. If your male is a green layer and your hen is a blue layer you will have an Easter Egger that lays green or brown eggs.
BTW an Easter Egger is just a mixed breed that lays blue to green eggs.

EEs can carry 2, 1 or 0 blue egg genes. You have to know both parents have 2 egg genes to guarantee getting only blue laying females. The only exception to this rule is if one bird has a white gene and a blue gene and the other parent has two blue genes
