Hi everyone!

Can someone confirm for me that these ladies are in fact still pullets! They are 17 weeks and although I thought I was 100% im questioning as some red combs are showing up. This is my first set of EE and I dont see saddle or hackle feathers like my other roosters. Is it normal for combs to grown and become red as they age? I read somewhere this means they are getting closer to laying?

Have not heard any crowing.

Please be pullets 🤞🏻🙏🏼 we have already rehomed 4 Cockerels 😕
