Easter Pet Purchases Already starting.. SO Sad

Sadly people are IDIOTS.. They will take the paper and just throw it away.. I am sure some will try to care for them properly but I garuntee many will be dead with in the week after they leave your house... I am not trying to be rude but I think it is very unneccesary to sell any animals around the holidays.PERIOD..
Thats just my opinion but I couldnt sleep at night thinking of all the chicks with out heat, with out company, and slowly freezing/starving/tossed out... I also think that anyone who does sell them at that time is only concerened about the money they can make and not the welfare of the animals.. Like you said most wont agree with your actions atleast on here... and as far as tips to being a responsible seller " Dont sell animals as TOYS" If they want chicks tell them the week after easter you will have plenty.,.

I think the bottom line is - Any animal given as a gift is wrong. Obtaining and maintaining a pet is a very personal choice. Unless you know the recipient personally and know EXACTLY what they are looking for in a pet you've made a mistake.

It isn't just bunnies and chicks at Easter. It's puppies and kittens for christmas.

Many years ago my grandparents were given a puppy as a gift. In the givers little mind they thought what a wonderful companion for a nice old couple. Not bothering to notice that in 50 years of marriage they had never owned a dog. Maybe, do ya think, they didn;t want one.

Some people just don't THINK!!!!
