I know what you mean about having extra roos.Me have an extra roo???They are 14 weeks old and I have 2 blue and 1 black. I have not decided which one/ones I am going to keep yet. I want to let them mature out some more before deciding. I will let you know once I decide but I can't keep them all. BTW the black one used to be my pet. He would jump up and sit on my leg/lap. He is going through the "I am terrified of you but I want to get close stage" right now. He is very sweet and curious. So I guess what I am saying is he's my favorite as far as personality goes.![]()
Actually I sent 4 to camp today and have 7 more with tickets for tomorrow.
We are giving some away for Christmas presents. What could be better than Home Grown Chicken.
Besides every one can USE something to eat, they have everything else.
I was talking to Terry and she said that I should try to find one of Daphne's blacks to add to my line of Lavenders.
I have a pair of Girls that are just about 6 months. Would have to check hatch date for exact age, I do have a black roo the same age. Just do not want to breed brother and sisters.
ETA: I do have some chicks that are almost 9 weeks old if we could work something out.Male and Female
