How about Buckeyes? I can't get any without breaking my two-breeds-only rule and I love them! I don't think they're the best producers, but they're pretty and I am all about the rose comb, now. I stressed all last winter about the orps getting frostbite. Never have to worry about that with the SLW. You should get some and share lots of pictures so I'm less tempted.

I will def share some photos of the dels though. That dang 2 breed rule is a tough one, thats what I am sticking to as well.

I am planning on selling her though.
I also have a lovely crop of silkies that are 1/2 partridge, 1/2 buff, but seem to be growing out with an AMAZING amount of gold and a minimal amount of partridge. My buff boy has strong genes

I'm ready to head to 2 lines: buff silkies & showgirls, and white silkies & showgirls. Got a 'pearl' pullet that will make some gorgeous whites when she gets around to laying....

I'll have very few d'Uccles to sell in Newport because of all the folks going to the Dalton show that want them later this month.

You can save some typing nella... we all pretty much know to insert "broody" in front of any one of your hens you mention.

Irony: It was MY hen she was mentioning!!

Her Nella-Beaner-broodiness is contagious......

Awwww! Y'all wrote the b-word. I bet I've got girls coming down from the roost this very moment. We need a b-word smiley... all puffed up and growly...

Nor her broodiness either (pun fully intended as lmao)!

I have two pair of partridge wyandotte bantams. I might have some for sale, next year. I'll try Cybercat.
Thanks

Cybercat breeds Partridge Rocks, I believe. You can try looking back a couple of pages and contacting her. I would love Partridge Wyandottes. Do you have bantam or LF?
