We are new to this page and looking for a rooster... We have four girls and our kids are wanting to hatch some eggs. Breed isn't important, but must be friendly!

Thanks! Fortunately the other hatched shortly after my post, and after venturing off to TSC and coming home with 7 Cornish Broilers, I found the other had made no progress so intervened. All I did was break the shell more and pulled some of the stuck membrane off and put him back in, he took a few minutes but he pushed out and the shell was stuck to him so pulled that off after he was out. He had some blood on him but seems to be fine now. I turned the bator off and have the 2 in a separate brooder from the other chicks.

I'll bet that happens because you actually leave yours alone. I pester mine to death and candle every night and wonder why my hatch rates are less than 100%![]()
