Wow! I am a week without internet and over 55 posts! Hopefully will be back on in a few days now that I know what I need to order for my laptop. Everyone have a wonderful fathers day!!

It's normal! At least, my neighbors goats do it all the time, he says it's normal. Something to do with stuff they eat, I guess if I ate mostly grass I'd choke on it too.
This is common with "cud chewers". Just make sure they have plenty of clean water and a salt lick with the hot weather we are having. If you are feeding them feed I would do it in small amounts in case they are not use to it. Like horses they can "bolt" their feed and get some stuck in their air passage. Hope this helps!

Our pond, in progress.. the hubby built me my waterfall while I was headed towards Chatty to get cages, he's so sweet

there are 6 fish and they have a cubby hole under the rocks.

I think I'll be bringing myself and 1-2 others for the picnic, I'll also try to bring cupcakes and buffalo chicken dip... we'll see, I can become creative or lazy in the kitchen at times.

Well paint me green! That is going to turn out so pretty. Please post some pic's when it is all completed. I'd really like to see it.)

Good work stang, that almost inspires me to start working on my pond.

The should be 4 of us at the picnic Saturday, plus a friend who raises chickens might come as well. Not sure what I'm bringing at this point.

Does anyone know how to tell male from female on pigeons? I adopted a young one that is still kind of funny sounding but I have no clue which it is. It has puffed its chest out at me a few times when I feed, not too friendly.
We now have a baby sebastopol gosling hatched, shes the sweetest thing ever, only problem is shes terrified of water. I never knew a goose could be afraid of water, we try to let her swim and she freaks out no matter how shallow the water is.

Wow, Stang. That pond is amazing! That's an impressive amount of digging, too.

I'll definitely be there Sunday. I'll get there early and claim a table.

I'm not sure what I'm bringing, yet. I was waiting to see if there were any gaps I need to fill.
