I dont see any reason why you cant eat the eggs.

Vent-Gleet is a yeast infection but I can not see how it
would hut the egg but if you are ever worried about
eating something don't and just boil it up remove the
shell and mash the egg and feed it back to the chicken
she should just love it and it wont hurt her and adding
it to her feed is also beneficial to her health .....
