Eating Healthy

Well, this thread has certainly come alive. Or not...

I won't give a rundown of the atrocious things I've eaten in the past week, but I'll start again today!

April 7, 2008

Breakfast:
entire can of fruit cocktail
coffee with cream and splenda
Bottled Water

Snack:
Hot chocolate

Lunch:
entire can of vegetable soup
5 crackers
Crystal Light

Dinner:
2 soft tacos from Taco bell
2 glasses of chocolate milk (more ovaltine please!)
bottled water

Excersize: Jogged (slowly mwah-ha-ha) 1.75 miles, walked .25 miles

Excersize 2: walked another 2 miles (was too stiff to jog again-sad)

3 pieces of candy
1/2 a steak & 15 potato chips
Mango
5 lemon GS cookies

handful parmesan and garlic cheese its

Snack:
hot chocolate

Lunch:
another 2 handfuls of parmesan and garlic cheese its
regular coke (mmm)

Dinner:
8 oz of round steak, sliced thin and braised with season pepper and Lowrey's seasoning
2 large hunks of homemade bread with lots of margarine
2 swigs milk (as in, out of the carton-for shame!)
bottled water

Excersize:
jog (slowly) 2 miles, walk 1 mile, LOTS of stretching, yow!

Im gonna start this too. seems like we might have a good support system here!
yesterday I had

breakfast: 1 pack of strawberry poptarts & coffee
lunch: A bologna sandwich and fritos coffee and big red
Dinner: A bowl of frosted flakes and a little Debbie brownie

As you can see, I have room for improvement!!
 
And FLOWERPOT? Read from the beginning and see what ksacres used to eat... That's why she has the signature line she does

Today, April 8:

A couple chunks of leftover steak
pretzel rods
Unsweetened tea
A little bit of lemonade (All Natural Mayfeild lemonade and it's waaaayyyy too sweet, even for me. SO I'm cutting it with a little unsweetend lady grey tea. Interesting combo...)
Leftover white rice w/ beans & ham
strawberry yo+

Sonic plain bacon cheeseburger, 2 tater tots & cherry limeade for dinner

Strawberry yo+ mixed with a ton of real straberries for dessert

Also exercised enough to be sore this morning.

Breakfast:
2 very large hunks of homemade cinnamon bread
coffee with cream and splenda
bottled water

Snack:
Hot chocolate

Lunch:
chicken noodle soup (shoulda brought more bread!)
maybe more cheese-its

Dinner:
8 oz round steak seasoned as before
probably another large hunk of homemade bread with margarine

Exersize: None, nope, nada, not today

Can't remember breakfast
Lunch was popcorn and a cup of peaches, tea.
Dinner was harboiled eggs and a handful of asparagus FROM MY OWN GARDEN! yummy!!

Snack were tidbits of candy & a vitamin gumball. I was actually pretty good yesterday, except for not exercising...

April 10:
Scrambled egg w/ a bit of cheese & 1 slice dry toast for breakfast

Popcorn and fruit for lunch again

Hamburger patties with chips for dinner
Tonight I will exercise with my hand weights again.
