Eating rabbits: I am such a loser LOL

I didn't read all the posts, but rabbit is so yummy! If you like chicken you should also love rabbit. Rabbits are probably way more cost affective than chickens also. Personally, I would find gutting and cleaning a rabbit easier than chicken, too.

I've culled my roosters and they were yummy. I raise hogs and they are yummy. Then I had this great idea, I was going to raise sheep. But they were so cute when they were born. Now I just feed them.

Our rabbit Jenny will cure you of your warm fuzzies. She bites and scratched me ever since she grew up. If you were closer I would happily give you her to you.

I had relatives raise rabbits.Ate some once and it tasted good enough. I don't think I could kill any of my 3 hens, but I think often of dispatching my mean rabbit.

You're in WV? gotta be some nice old timer that can feed you a mess of REALLY good rabbit, pan fried.

Heck around here they don't even call meat rabbits bunnies, they call them coneys. My husband was annoyed when I got chickens, he really prefers raising rabbits. I guess that is next.

Yes bunnies can be mean, and some will even eat their own babies. I'm not sure they're as smart as chickens. If you are willing to share you shouldn't have any trouble getting help with the killing part.

Go vegetarian.
I did.

I did too for 6 years. I ballooned in weight, developed high blood pressure and became pre-diabetic.

Low carb fixed it. Lots of meat, veggies, and dairy is what I eat now. Never felt better!
