Why does our Delaware hen pick at her legs till they bleed. None of the other do Is she missing something in her diet or something

No I couldn't even being to know how to do that plus the others don't do it and they all lay in the same straw

How many birds do you have and how much space?

have 5 hens and the coup is a 5x5 house and 4 nest all with the same straw But if its mites how do you get rid of them they all go out and wallow everyday cause they are free range
