I bought Cuckoo Marans eggs from her, they are in the 'bator now. When I got the first shipment (I paid for 6 and she sent 9) only two eggs weren't broken. I told her they were badly packaged, that I wanted a replacement, and that I would NOT pay more postage because it wasn't a shipping problem, it was a packing problem. She apologized, said she had just tried new packaging, and she replaced the eggs at no cost - packed the way she used to do it. The eggs were perfect. They are huge, and a dark reddish brown. The first two were set on June 18, the other six on June 24. We'll see what happens, but it was almost 98 degrees the day I got the eggs.

BTW: someone tried to sneak in and outbid me at the very last minute - I had to counter with just seconds to go. Maybe people do like her eggs alot!

Perhaps these people just like her eggs and really REALLY want them. I've gotten into bidding wars with people on Ebay before, and this looks just like them.

I myself am bidding on eggs right now, and in fact, I'm bidding on a few lots from the same seller, but I have not heard of her before, I just think they may be good eggs and this seller happens to have some different breeds I want.

I was the bidder on her eggs at $30.00 - that was my limit. I had bid on some others and lost them and then I got a second chance offer on 12 eggs at $15.00 plus shipping - 26.75 - So I have some on the way. I am tickled pink with the way it turned out.

When I really, really wanted Blue Orpington eggs and kept losing the auctions, I contacted the seller who did a Buy-It-Now for me. The eggs are in the 'bator.
