I HATE how they did away with sellers leaving negative feedback. If somebody doesnt pay within the 24 hour period stated in the auction, then I want to leave them negative feedback. But no, ebay wants to make it so that its like everybody getting a trophy all the time. RIDICULOUS!

Because I was nice enough to already leave feedback. For shipping.
I am fully aware of ebay's policy I sell on ebay. Just not hatching eggs. Plus I am one that does not agree to the new feedback policy at all on ebay. I totally feel that is unfair. But I do not want to get into that here.
I have tried a follow up feedback.
You also only have 45 days to leave a feedback or ebay does not allow you to do so at all.
The eggs were fine. It was just the breed.

All I wanted to know was was there other problems out there as well from auction sites, egg bid and ebay.
I am not here to diss sellers. Just find solutions.
The only solutions on ebay is dispute or not.

I "hope" for a 70% hatch rate on shipped eggs, so anything over that, and I feel pretty good. I can't find many sellers out here in the West, so some eggs are from 1200 miles away.

I did as you did....splurged on gray-scale quail and california valley quail. They were only 150 miles away, so I justified spending more than I should have. Of the 30 eggs, only 8 were fertile. All the rest were absolutely clear. Their response was that the PO shook the box. (but not a single egg was broken, as you would expect from rough handing?)

My best experience was a person I met on ebay, then continued to buy from her throughout the spring. Some of pretties silkies ever!!

I got eggs off of ebay from a guy in KY Not only did he send me the eggs I wanted he sent extra Banty eggs for my son Levi. I am guessing my hatch rate was @45% > He went way over in sending me exta eggs and I have kept in contact with him. He may be sending my son more banty eggs because the Red Pyles only one hatched out of 3 eggs and one beautiful blue banty died shortly after birth. I call that going way over

Well my ebay seller of Black Copper Marans eggs in Northfield HN says she will refund my money back though Pay Pal IF I ship the item back to her. It really sounds like they are willing to work with me uh?
Wonder how much that will set me back. 1 chick over night?

I am done with all ebay sellers when it comes to eggs.
It is the very reason one or two bad sellers, makes all sellers look bad.
