Ebay seller - "Leon Valley Trading Company?"

Hi! Shipping can cause 'non-viable' eggs, but it can't cause fertile eggs to be infertile.

I had a friend order from them and had them shipped to me so I could put them in the incubator. He won two auctions of the same breed (duccles) and recieved 30 eggs. We had about 14-15 of them to hatch, so that's pretty good for shipped eggs. As for the quality of the birds, they look a lot like hatchery birds to me. You may be better off just ordering the chicks - it will save you money and 21+ days of waiting.

THey pack well and ship quickly. The chicks are good quality, i got one mutt eggs last year though. I ordered banty partridge cochin and got that but i guess the dad was a OEGB. But they always send extras and when you ask to send 3black cochin eggs and three white they will that too(as an example i did this with the Phoenix)

I always find someone local to drive to. You get better service and prices. $25.00 shipping buys a lot of gas to drive a hour or so away to deal with a local farmer.

Just my $0.02!
