Does anyone have experience with the Ecoflex coop? I am thinking of adding a couple more chickens thins spring and wondering if this would be a good choice. My husband made our last coop and I am trying not to bother him with another 😆 I could put this together myself. I am thinking of getting a couple Silkies for my daughter. I hear they don’t do well with ramps so I was thinking that this looks fairly low to the ground

I have to agree.

If there is a prefab coop out there that adheres to the 4 square feet in the coop, 10 square feet in the run, 1 linear foot of roost, and 1 square foot of ventilation per standard-sized chicken guidelines (with the nestboxes far enough above the bottom to allow a good depth of bedding, the roosts above the nestboxes, and the ventilation above the birds' heads when roosting), it has not come to my attention. :)

I used this as a temporary quarantine coop for a couple of weeks and it wasn't good. There are these week little cut outs in the bottom so I covered those with hardware cloth, added several cut out circles high up (also covered with hardware cloth) for ventilation. It isn't remotely secure so I added locks and had it inside a run. The nest box roof leaked. The roof is annoying to remove and you have to remove it for cleaning. Basically, it was awful and I do not recommend!

Did anyone else notice that they put FAKE chickens in their picture?

They couldn't even get the REAL chickens to pose with their gerbil cage!

No, I didn't catch that!

My saying "If it looks like a dollhouse it's only suited for toy chickens" is validated. :D

:gig No, I missed that, too funny
......was only looking for dimensions(didn't find them) and roosts(saw no roosts).
