For those of you who have used an EcoGlow, do you also supplement with lighting during the day? I'm considering it, as I know how important it is to establish and a night/day light cycle. They are not going in a dark room, but neither is it particularly well lit with a lot of natural sunlight.
So, having asked that... if you do use supplemental lighting, what kind do you use? UV lights, traditional incandescent? I want to avoid using fluorescent lights as they are not a healthy source of light for living things. (Including us.)
